Appointment Scheduler

Any previously defined appointments can be seen from this window.

To add a new appointment click on Add button. The following window appears. Select Day, Time, insert Subject and Description.

If "Notified" is checked then the appointment will be reminded to you at the defined time by a pop up window.

It is possible to play any sound or video file when it reminds. To play a sound check mark the Play Sound box and click on elliptical button next. The following window will pops up.

You can choose from any of six built-in sounds. To hear the sound click on Play button. It is possible to assign any other sound besides those built-in sounds.

Check mark the "Or play this sound" box and click the elliptical button. An open dialog box will appear. Select any Video, mp3, wav, mid file or any pictures. To test the file click on Play button.

After assigning sound as reminder click ok button.
